A few months back, I bought my first Golden Goose sneakers (and shared them first in this post!), and have been asked a lot about them ever since. So many that I decided it was finally time to do a full write-up! Where could someone find Golden Goose sneakers?

What’s the going rate?
When I ordered my pair in April, I paid $385.43, but their full price is around $514.
These sneakers typically cost anywhere between $400 to nearly $1,700, depending on how detailed they are.
How is the fit?
I’d say they fit just right, based on my pair.
Since they keep their shape and half sizes aren’t available, I’d recommend sizing up.
Is the comfort worth it?
They felt good right away. I recommend wearing no-shows, especially since they help with airflow. High-end Italian leather construction, so it’s much more easy than breaking in plastic-based shoes. Also, they’re already distressed so your feet just slide in.
How durable are they?
They look worn from the start, I didn’t worry about getting them dirty. I’ve worn them all over NYC, and they still look great. The laces are intact, and the shape stayed solid. Thanks to the vintage look, I can’t even tell if there’s new wear and tear.
Do they feel better than other shoes?
Nothing else compares in comfort or quality. I wear Vejas and Tretons too, but Golden Goose still come out on top. They include a built-in arch bump that adds a little height — making your legs look longer. Not to mention, they’re handmade in small batches, so each pair is one of a kind. And the glitter on mine? Next-level.
Would you recommend them?
Absolutely! Just try not to pay full price. They’re not cheap, so getting them on sale is worth it. They’re worth the investment, especially if you pick something you’ll wear a lot. I chose a loud pair, but a neutral version would also be smart.

They ran true to size for me — I usually wear a size 6, and I went with a European 36. They haven’t stretched noticeably, so if you’re between sizes, I’d go up a size
Are they comfortable?
Honestly, they feel great, and only took a few hours to break in.
